It blesses to promote more blessings through the blessed.
Grace doesn't define us by external boundaries that we are either in or out of.
Your grace defines us by our center, an unshakable identity in the Grace Giver.
Grace flows out of us as it flows out of Jesus.
Grace commutes.
Your Grace activates
and elevates,
...sends out,
...charges and recharges,
…encourages,
…rages,
...gently pushes and pulls and doesn't let go,
...is forceful but never forces.
Your grace engages,
…mobilizes,
...lifts high, lifts up and over,
...and let's down softly,
...like a mother placing her newborn babe into the crib for the first time,
...oh so softly
...and yet so much love,
...so much hope for the future.
Your grace promises.
Your grace meets us where we are,
But is not content to leave us there,
It enables us to to be better today than yesterday,
Your grace gives us exactly what we need for wherever you take us
…and whomever you take us to.
Your grace renews,
...over and over again.
It is new every morning.
Grace empowers,
…equips,
…builds,
…fulfills,
…finishes,
…delivers,
…reconciles,
…reactivates,
…catalyzes,
…unifies,
…retrieves,
...remembers, and forgets,
...forgets completely.
Your grace finishes,
…refinishes.
In Your grace, I am radically realigned to my God-given destiny.
I am given everything i need to accomplish the work in the Kingdom that you designed me for.
Your grace is a gift,
…unexpected,
…but so needed.
Your grace gifts,
…enabling the receiver to be grace-full themselves.
In fact, grace is given to those who use it to give grace.
Your grace truly is amazing grace.
I am astounded.
If the ocean were tipped on its side and poured over me, that's the beginning of Your grace.
It rushes wild.
It is unfathomable and overwhelming.
It is simply pure.
Grace sets up what has fallen,
...builds up what has crumbled,
...lifts up what is sunken,
...places on high what was brought down low.
Your grace humbles...
...because we could never earn it.
...we do not deserve it.
...we have no claim on it.
And yet it is ours, freely given.
Receiving your grace brings deep breaths of life,
...joy and laughter.
Your grace is enough.
Your grace is sufficient,
...sufficient for the longing we have to be right with You,
...sufficient to fill the infinite expanse between Your holy purity and our unclean sinfulness,
...sufficient to bring us to You,
...sufficient for happiness in the midst of pain,
...sufficient for peace in the midst of strife,
...sufficient for even me,
...even everyone, every single person who opens themselves to this free gift,
...so free the poorest of the poor can afford it,
...so free the rich often turn their noses up to it,
...completely free but oh so priceless,
And oh so costly,
...every precious drop of your Son's life-blood a raging river of grace,
...pushing through the rocks of stubbornness,
...winding past the mountains of unbelief,
...flowing through the dark valleys of depression,
...replenishing the dry lands of indifference,
...making full lakes of cool clear peace.
Your grace reaches me, everywhere.
There is no place I can go where Your grace is not available there.
It taught my heart to fear and relieved my fears.
Grace brings me home
…to the graceful hug of my Father.
And while I try to give my rehearsed spiel on why I’m sorry for my rebellion and ask for a place with the lowest of servants, the grace-filled face of the Father smiles, for we were lost, but now we are found.
